All products sold by Velvet Noir Studio are handcrafted and 3D printed in small batches in Red Oak, Texas. Because each piece is made to order, slight variations in color, finish, and texture are natural and expected — these are not defects.
Product listings on our Etsy shop (etsy.com/shop/VelvetNoirprintables) are subject to Etsy's own purchase terms and policies. Local orders arranged through this website are governed by these terms.
Submitting a local order request through our website does not constitute a confirmed purchase. Shalin Scheuerman will follow up to confirm availability, pricing, and payment arrangements. Orders are confirmed only once payment has been received.
Local orders are available for pickup in Red Oak, Texas. Delivery arrangements within the local area may be discussed on a case-by-case basis.
Because our products are made to order, all sales are final unless the item arrives damaged or materially different from what was agreed upon. If you receive a defective product, please contact us within 7 days of receipt at shalinscheuerman@gmail.com with a description and photos.
